📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the corrugated box production facility, ensuring efficient and effective running of production processes.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans, ensuring optimal use of resources and meeting production targets.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all machinery and equipment are maintained and operated efficiently.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the corrugated packaging industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing production processes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in Safety Management (e.g., OSHA, IOSH) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
