📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our three manufacturing plants in Bekasi.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
• Manage financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and drive financial growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead financial teams and mentor junior professionals to foster a culture of financial excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Utilize financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to manage financial data and generate reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language and culture.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in managing financial operations across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
