At Mogul Eastvara, our Front of House (FOH) & Cashier plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling orders, payments, and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours to fit your schedule while allowing you to be part of a vibrant and growing team.

In this role, you'll use our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You'll also work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer orders and payments using the in-house POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Manage cash handling, including opening and closing the cash register.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and common areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory as needed.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including scheduling and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with POS systems.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time hours.
