📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Manage and coordinate production schedules and resources.

Monitor production performance and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.

Train and mentor junior staff members.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or related roles.

Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.

Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Ability to speak and write in Indonesian is a must.
