As an Accounting Supervisor at Tamora Group, you'll be responsible for managing the financial operations of our innovative portfolio, including Rhythm & Rumble. You'll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, while also providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the daily financial operations of Tamora Group's portfolio, including Rhythm & Rumble.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including Indonesia GAAP and IFRS.
• Work with the finance team to implement and monitor financial controls and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and review budget forecasts and actuals for the portfolio.
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with a focus on hospitality or a related industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
