CV Visi Bukit is looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team in Klaten. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring high-quality food production while maintaining excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, desserts, and breads.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare and maintain food displays for customers.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or Assistant Pastry Chef.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
