📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance,Manage and mentor team members to ensure they meet their targets,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor department budget and ensure financial targets are met,Report to senior management on department performance and progress,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Lead and participate in company initiatives and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR management and practices,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting,Ability to lead and motivate a team
