📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and training sessions.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Good organizational and time management skills.
