Smart Direct Jaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Kitchen Crew to join our team in Bontang. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent food service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing utensils and equipment.,Stock and manage inventory of food supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.,Prepare and maintain food displays and buffets as required.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Experience in cooking and food preparation is a must.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Willingness to undergo a background check.
