📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Manage and train staff to maintain high service levels.,Monitor inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the operation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using operational management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in managing multiple locations is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
