📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and supplier relationships.,Ensure cost efficiency in food production and service.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
