📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Lead and mentor HR teams, providing guidance and support.
• Use HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to manage HR data and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
