Nest Cloud Nusantara is a rapidly growing company in the cloud services industry, and we are looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal and professional information.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll and benefits.,Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Provide support in employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and grievances.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
