📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain banking systems and equipment.,Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.,Assist customers with technical problems and provide solutions.,Monitor system performance and ensure uptime.,Collaborate with the IT team to implement system updates and improvements.,Document technical processes and maintain records.,Participate in training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with security and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of banking systems and equipment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with relevant technical tools and software.,Valid certification in IT or related field is a plus.
