📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our internal applications to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide exceptional client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates to enhance functionality.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new features and improvements to our internal applications.
• Conduct regular training sessions for clients on the use of our internal applications.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our applications remain competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent client support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
