PT Eka Usaha is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in retail sales to kickstart their career in a growing company.

As a Junior Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the development of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process by providing product knowledge and information to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist in the organization and management of retail operations, including inventory and stock control.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the training and development of new retail staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales targets and goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in retail sales.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Valid ID and the ability to work in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan.
