Shop Zone Unggul is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Telemarketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calls to promote our products and services, and to assist in the sales process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services,Assist in the sales process by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 6 months of experience in telemarketing or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
