📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles and drivers.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance history.,Provide training and support to new drivers and staff to ensure they understand company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles and drivers.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
