📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs assessments and design training programs accordingly.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet departmental needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel within Jawa Tengah for training sessions.
