In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and create training plans to address them.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them grow in their careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with training program development and delivery.,Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
