📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and lessons.,Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for children.,Assist in the development and execution of the preschool's curriculum and educational programs.,Monitor and assess children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.,Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and support children's learning at home.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's attendance, behavior, and progress.,Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Preschool Teacher or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with parents and guardians.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent is preferred.
