📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR department.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
