PT Prima Cempaka is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, and chat.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain system performance and security.,Assist in the deployment of new IT systems and software.,Provide training and documentation to end-users.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
