📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our open positions.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide input on recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
