Taroo Cafe is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservation Villa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating villa reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate villa reservations, including booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.,Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Work closely with the villa management team to ensure villas are well-maintained and ready for guests.,Handle inquiries and resolve any issues related to villa reservations promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of reservation policies and procedures.,Monitor reservation data and provide reports to management for decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the hospitality sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with reservation systems and software is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.,Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
