📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.,Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate advice and recommendations.,Promote products and services through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.,Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
