📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential merchant partners through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and online platforms.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential merchant partners to understand their needs and business objectives.,Present our company's value proposition and negotiate terms to secure new merchant partnerships.,Track and manage the performance of existing merchant partners to ensure they meet our expectations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.,Provide regular reports and updates on the status of merchant acquisition activities.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to expand our reach and build our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the merchant acquisition space.,Strong understanding of the merchant services industry and the ability to identify and evaluate potential merchant partners.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
