📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section operations and efficiency.,Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Managing budgets and resources allocated to the section.,Conducting regular team meetings and providing leadership and guidance.,Addressing and resolving employee concerns and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR management practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
