📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages with high quality standards.,Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak hours.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good multitasking and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic cash handling and POS systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
