📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the real estate and property sector.,Develop and implement business development strategies to attract and retain clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.,Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to the investment committee.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments and recommend strategies for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote our investment offerings and drive sales.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, investment, or a related field in the real estate and property sector.,Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing investment opportunities.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian real estate market and investment landscape.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with investment management software and tools is a plus.
