Pratama Shipping is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Process payments, refunds, and invoices efficiently and accurately.,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate supplies are available.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and reconcile bank statements.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow all company policies and procedures.,Report any discrepancies or irregularities in financial transactions to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a financial or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Proficient in using computer software for financial transactions and record-keeping.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
