📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programmes for medical students and healthcare professionals.,Oversee the curriculum development and ensure alignment with international standards and best practices.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the learning experience and student outcomes.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in education.,Manage and mentor a team of educators and support staff.,Collaborate with stakeholders, including faculty, students, and industry partners, to achieve educational goals.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional standards.,Represent the school at national and international conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Master's degree in Education, Medical Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in education management, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.,Proven track record of leading and managing educational programmes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of international standards and best practices in medical education.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
