You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing leasing transactions, and ensuring the success of our retail and commercial properties.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates for retail and commercial properties.,Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.,Manage leasing transactions from initial contact to lease execution, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.,Negotiate leases and terms with tenants to secure favorable agreements that benefit both the company and the tenant.,Monitor market trends and economic conditions to adjust leasing strategies and forecast future performance.,Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry partners to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new tenants and smooth operations within the properties.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on leasing performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing and business development in the retail and commercial real estate sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing leasing transactions and developing business opportunities.,Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and industry partners.,Excellent market research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.,Familiarity with local and international real estate regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
