📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate various programmes and projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement programme strategies and plans.
  • Monitor programme progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Conduct regular programme reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Provide programme updates and reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management.
  • Proven track record of successful programme delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
