📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and follow-up.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.
