Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Managing and mentoring a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations,Implementing and monitoring safety protocols,Coordinating with other departments to meet project goals,Managing inventory and ensuring efficient use of resources,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics industry,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively,Knowledge of logistics software and systems,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
