Hokian Krisna Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our store operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Ensure all products are accurately priced and displayed according to company standards.,Process customer transactions, including sales and returns.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in training and supporting new employees.,Monitor sales performance and report any issues to the supervisor.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional events and displays.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Knowledge of healthcare products is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
