PT Pratama Jaya Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our team in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing tax processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing guidance to junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting and a passion for maintaining high standards in financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and training to junior tax staff.,Conduct regular audits of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation.,Prepare and present tax reports to senior management and external auditors.,Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.,Coordinate with external tax consultants and accountants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using tax accounting software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with financial reporting and auditing processes.
