• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business operations, with a proven track record in driving growth and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, and experience with data analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
