📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve workforce productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor HR teams, providing guidance and support.
- Use HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to manage HR data and processes.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
