📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate change management activities to ensure the successful implementation of new systems, processes, or strategies.
• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners, to drive adoption and ensure a smooth transition.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office to manage projects and communicate effectively.
• Provide training and support to employees to ensure a successful transition and adoption of new systems or processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in change management.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in the banking sector.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in change management (e.g., ProSCI, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
