Elevator & Escalator Service Technician - Jakarta (Maintenance & Repair)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on elevator and escalator systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Install, configure, and commission new elevator and escalator systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct performance tests and calibrations to maintain optimal system performance
• Document all maintenance activities and inspections in a detailed and organized manner
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance plans
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator and escalator maintenance and repair
• In-depth knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and software, such as Elevator Control Systems and Siemens WinCC
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards, such as ASME A17.1 and NFPA 101
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Valid certification in elevator and escalator maintenance and repair (e.g., ELEVATOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN, ESCALATOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
