Head of Accounting - Financial Leadership Role in Bali (Hybrid/Remote)

This is a strategic leadership role based in Bali, Indonesia, offering a hybrid/remote work environment. You'll be responsible for managing our accounting team, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international financial regulations, and driving financial strategy to support our business growth.

In this role, you'll work closely with our CFO and executive leadership team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures. You'll also oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Our team uses QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP for our financial management, and we're looking for someone who can leverage these tools to their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the organization's financial goals.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership team to drive financial strategy and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in accounting and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP for financial management.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving organizational goals.
